The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Lament Wilson, a 53 year old, labourer of Francois, Vermont, which occurred last night.
According to Police, reports are that the deceased was on his way home when he received gunshot wounds about his body and succumbed to his injuries.
A postmortem examination is expected to be performed on the body.
This brings the number of murders so far for the year to 39.
