Seems there are lawsuits flying everywhere between Birdman, Lil Wayne and now Jay Z and his new music streaming service TIDAL.

TMZ reported on Thursday that Birdman and Cash Money just filed a lawsuit against TIDAL for $50 million, claiming that the the company illegally stream music from Lil Wayne’s new album Free Weezy AlbumFWA.

TIDAL is hitting back saying that Cash Money does not have exclusive right to Lil Wayne and that the “Coco” rapper gave them permission to stream his music. The lawsuit calls that BS and quotes a section of his contract with Cash Money that says Lil Wayne does not have authority to license his own music to anyone.

Birdman went as far as to trash Lil Wayne’s FWA album, saying that it could hurt his label because of poor reviews.

Just last weekend Lil Wayne and Birdman almost brawled at LIV nightclub in Miami. Weezy was performing his hit single “Coco” at the club while Birdman and his entourage were partying in the VIP section. The Cash Money head allegedly threw vodka on Weezy who then left the stage.

The “Love Me” rapper is also suing Birdman and Cash Money Records for $51 million. That case is still pending.
