At the helm of WE FM, Jules has a most unorthodox management style. He oversees, seemingly, from the sidelines; and trusts his staff to get the job done without interference. Jules believes “you get more out of people if they’re comfortable”.
Putting it mildly, Suzane is the axis around which everything at WeFM revolves .
Her even temper and sobering demeanor endears her to the staff and the public.
Suzane make every client feel at home and goes the extra mile to make sure that their experience with the station is pleasant and rewarding.
Suzane is the kind of Radio Manager who make it a pleasure to advertise on WeFM.

Jamella Parsons
Jamella Parsons is our Administrative Assistant and has been employed with We Fm since 2005 and deals with the day to day running of the business. Despite being in the office, this November born has a great voice and a passion for music.
Beneath this full figure of hers, lies an outspoken and vibrant young lady who admires life and all it has to offer. Ms. Parsons studied Business and Administration for two years at the St. Vincent Technical College.
Prince has a wealth of experience in broadcasting and can fit anywhere, be it news, morning programming, drive time or sports commentating. Prince is a ‘people person’ who believes that radio is one of the most powerful medium which touches each and everyone. His philosophy is “If I can touch and influence one person in this life, then my job on earth is done”. Prince as he is affectionately known holds down the 6 to10 am shift on Mondays to Saturdays and works well in the Production Field.
