Vincentian Elroy Boucher who heads the local public service union is now the president of the Caribbean public services association CPSA.

Boucher took up the mantle following the successful conclusion of the 45th CPSA conference, which was held in Trinidad and Tobago from July 18 to 24 2015.

Boucher who is also the 3rd vice president of the St Vincent and the Grenadines football federation, with special responsibility for tournaments, noted that his latest regional elevation adds another dimension to his administrative acumen.

The CPSA is the umbrella body of the 19 public service unions.

The CPSA conference was held under the theme “Refocus, Reinforce and Reinvest towards a stronger Caribbean public service unions”
