The body of a Trinidad and Tobago national has been discovered in the waters off St. Vincent’s main port at Kingstown.
I-Witness News reported that ship captain Alexis McLean, age 53, was last seen alive last Wednesday between 7 and 8 pm.
When he was not seen the next day, friends filed a missing person report with the Kingstown Police Station.
Around 7 pm on Friday, his body was found in the water, I-Witness News reported.
According to reports, McLean arrived here aboard the C Elizabeth II which is an inter-island vessel that transports good between Port of Spain and Kingstown. He was the captain of the vessel.
