Three men have been arrested and charged by Police for having in their possession a Controlled Drug with intent to supply, Drug Trafficking and for attempting to export the Controlled Drug on February 23, 2019.
Mark Bristol, a 48 year old Mason of McCarthy, Carton Allen, a 40 year old Diver of Union Island and Marvin Alexander, a 43 year old Sea Captain of Diamond and Union Island had in their possession 292,376 grammes of cannabis.
The incident occurred at Fancy on February 23, 2019.
The men are expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charges.
Police have also arrested and charged a 16 year old Student of Glen with Robbery on February 22, 2019.
Ozem Olliver being armed with a gun robbed a 20-year-old Cashier of Peruvian Vale and a 20-year-old unemployed of North Union of a quantity of items valued EC$1098.
Olliver is expected to appear before the Family Court to answer the charges.
