This afternoon has been proclaimed a public holiday here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The half holiday is being granted to allow persons to attend the football World Cup semi-final qualifying match between St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Guatemala which will be played at the Arnos Vale stadium.
The match will begin at 3:30 this afternoon.
