The Value Added Tax bill is expected to receive its first reading, during the next sitting of Parliament, scheduled for next month.

The Meeting of Parliament, which was scheduled to take place at the House of Assembly tomorrow morning, has been postponed to Monday March 11th.

Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will make a presentation on the Value Added Tax bill.

Twenty questions are listed by the Opposition for Oral Answers.

Included on the order paper, are announcements by the speaker, statements by Ministers and reports from select committees as well as a number of petitions.

The March 11th meeting of Parliament will be held at 10 a.m. at the Assembly chamber in Kingstown and will be broadcast live on WE FM.
