The University of the West Indies (UWI)Open Campus, Annual Open House begins today.
The Open Campus encourages parents and prospective students in Union Island to come out, meet and interact with the teams from Cave Hill and St. Augustine as they will share information on academic programmes, scholarships, and other opportunities available at the University of the West Indies.
This year, Dr. Korah Belgrave, Lecturer in the Faculty of Humanities and Education and Mrs. Carol Jordan, Administrative Assistant, at the Admissions Section of the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies will join Mr. Nigel Bradshaw, Student Recruitment Officer and graduate student, Ms. Chakumba Welette, of the St. Augustine Campus.
The teams will visit students at several Secondary Schools throughout the Island, and the Arts, Science and General Studies, Teacher Education and the Technical and Vocational Education Divisions of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College.
While here, the team will host a Town Hall Meeting at the Resource Learning Centre in Union Island on Thursday November 14th from 6:00 p.m.
