The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers’ Union is hosting a March and Rally – as part of activities to culminate Teachers Solidarity Week.
Today’s March commenced at 2 pm from the Memorial hall to the Bishops College Hard Court where the Rally will be held.
Teachers Solidarity Week commenced last Sunday November with a Church Service at the Faith Temple Church at New Montrose.
Among the activities was the C. W. Prescod Memorial Lecture, the SVGTU President’s Award Ceremony and Appreciation Cocktail held on November 12th, and the Teachers Annual General Meeting at the Thomas Saunders Secondary School.
Teachers Solidarity Week under the theme: “Vincentian Educators and the SVGTU taking the lead.”
