The Police are investigating the death of Eckron Baptiste, a 26-year-old labourer of Rose Bank, who lost his life during an accident at Arnos Vale at about 11:30 last night in the vicinity of Dekie’s Auto Zone and Thomas Whole Sale.
Reports claim that Baptiste, the only occupant of the vehicle, was travelling to Kingstown from the Calliaqua route when the vehicle went out of control and crashed into a wall.
He died at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
A post mortem examination will be carried out on the deceased soon.
There have been 8 road accidents for 2015, which have resulted in 16 deaths.
