Minister of Education St. Clair Prince says St. Vincent and the Grenadines has made significant strides in the area of Education.
Minister Prince made the comment while delivering remarks during the Annual Schools Independence Rally, held yesterday at the Victoria Park, as part of activities to mark this country’s 40th anniversary of independence.
Speaking to attendees – Minister of Education St. Clair Prince said SVG has made tremendous stride in the field in education.
Minister Prince said the theme “Renewal at 40” Celebrating Excellence – embodies newness of life, restoration and revitalization.
And Acting Chief Education Officer, Elizabeth Walker said this year’s Independence is a very special one.
The rally featured the presentation of 48 National Scholarship Awards, Exhibition Awards and Bursaries, along with a number of cultural performances.
