Over three hundred persons from eight Caribbean countries will participate in the 44th Caribbean Customs Sports Tournament that takes place here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines from today to Monday.

President of the SVG Customs and Excise Sports Association, Sandra Noel says participants will be drawn from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, Guyana, St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Kitts and Nevis and host country St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

They will compete in various sporting disciplines such as Cricket, Football, Netball, Basketball, Table Tennis, Dominoes, and Track and Field Events.

The event will commence with an Opening Ceremony at 7:30 this evening at the West St. George Secondary School.

The Games will begin tomorrow at the Victoria Park.
