The police are investigating the death of Ivo Riffin, a 59-year-old unemployed resident, of Queen’s Drive.
Riffin’s lifeless body was discovered floating in the waters off the Reclamation Site in Kingstown, on Tuesday, December 15th, 2015, shortly after 5:00pm. He was last seen alive that same day.
A post mortem examination carried out on the body of the deceased on Thursday, December 17th, showed that he died as a result of drowning.
