The Police have issued a wanted bulletin for Abdule Garrick who goes by the alias “WHY WHY”.
Garrick, age 25, is said to reside at Rockies, Frenches and Biabou.
He is a person of interest into a report of Rape and Robbery.
According to Police, Garrick is 6 feet 7 inches in height, of dark complexion and slim built with a narrow face, brown eyes, thick lips and a scar to his forehead.
Police say the subject is a Vincentian National who is to be approach with caution.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
