Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting of a Rockies resident, who was shot in Capital Kingstown, this morning.
According to Police report, Lionel George, was shot at close range, by a man who walked up to him, as he sat on a bench.

George is the second Rockies resident to have been shot in this manner.
In September, Tevin Williams, 22 of Rockies was shot in the neck in vicinity of ACE in Kingstown while liming with friends.
Reports are that a hooded masked man shot Williams before making his escape.
