Police have arrested and charged Jamal Bobb, a 28 year old Labourer after Shooting a man in shoulder with a Gun.
According to police report, the Edinboro resident wounded a 27-year-old Self-Employed of Ottley Hall by allegedly shooting him on his left shoulder.
The incident occurred at Edinboro on June 21, 2019.
Bobb is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charge.
