President of the National Omni Bus Association (NOBA) Mr. Anthony Bacchus says his organization does not condone the playing of loud and lewd music in mini vans; however he has made it clear that they are against suggestions by the authorities to remove musical devices from the vans.
Mr. Bacchus made the announcement on Tuesday April 18th 2017 at a press conference at Haddon hotel.
Meanwhile, Mr. Bacchus issued a strong caution to those mini bus drivers and operators who play loud and lewd music to curb this practice otherwise NOBA will be taking efforts to remove them from operating on the roads.
