Nine Mornings festivities in capital city, Kingstown will begin at midnight on Tuesday December 15th.
A release from the SVG Nine Mornings Committee says the program will include: Midnight Mass by Monsignor Michael Stewart and the Catholic Church, followed by a lighted street parade around Kingstown with the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force Band, boom drum and steel bands.
At the conclusion of the parade, the Hon. Minister of Culture will officially declare the festival open and then there will be the lighting of Heritage Square.
The Nine Mornings festivities which are unique to St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be held from December 16th to 24th as Vincentians celebrate “A Unique Vincentian Tradition”.
