Persons in St. Vincent and the Grenadines now have another option when it comes to accessing private medical care.
This as a new medical facility, the Advanced Health, Urgent Care and Wellness Center, was opened on Tuesday May 2, 2017.
The facility located on the Leeward Highway directly opposite the Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA) Head Office at New Montrose, is owned by Dr. Conrad Nedd, a General Practitioner, and will be opened from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm.
Speaking on Friday on WEFM’s Morning programme, Dr. Nedd said the medical complex is focused on offering a wide range of medical care to persons.
Dr. Nedd said the Wellness Center is offering several programmes including CPR and first Aid training as well as weight loss management.
Dr. Nedd said the medical facility will provide convenient service outside of the regular working hours.
He further noted that the Advanced Health, Urgent Care and Wellness Center will also provide educational opportunities for other health care workers.
