A new condominium development is set to take root in the community of Villa, some five minutes from the famous Villa beach.
The development of luxury condos would be undertaken by Melte Properties.
The project labeled “GreenRocks” is a 6 unit luxury boutique complex located in the Villa Beach area within close proximity to the beach, restaurants, nightlife and a short drive to Kingstown.
According to developers, the “lock and leave” policy allows you to come and go at your leisure. This executive residence will have a remarkable view of Canash Beach and south to the Grenadines.
News784 says the luxury condos will be built on lands purchased several years ago by the Da Silva family.
