Danneke Billingy, a 28 year old, labourer of New Montrose, was arrested and charged with the murder of Dennis Quintyne, a 57 year old, businessman of New Montrose, which occurred at New Montrose, on September 29th, 2015.
According to police, the accused appeared at the Serious Offences Court yesterday February 22nd and was remanded in custody.
