Nine Nights of activities are being held at the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Botanic Gardens as part of activities to mark its 250th anniversary.

This activity which is being hosted for the first time was launched on Sunday December 13th and will end on Wednesday December 23rd.

It ties in with the 2015 Christmas Nine Mornings Festival which is being held throughout this country.

Curator of the Botanic Gardens, Mr. Gordon Shallow told WEFM News that each night they are seeing a “reasonable turnout” of approximately 200 persons.

He says among the activities held include lighting of the gardens, a bouncing castle, LIVE performances from individuals and Bands, and lots of local food and drink.

The activities are being held from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm daily.
