The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) says the Launch of ECCB’s Strategic Plan scheduled for this Thursday, September 7, 2017 has been postponed.

This is consequent on the imminent passage of Hurricane Irma, which is expected to impact the Leeward Islands from later today into tomorrow.

The ECCB said in a statement that notification of a new date for the launch of the Strategic Plan will be provided in due course.

Meanwhile, the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank will be closed to the general public from today, September 5, 2017 and until further notice.

The management and staff of ECCB extend prayers and best wishes to all citizens in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) who are likely to be affected by Hurricane Irma.
