Police have arrested and charged Jamal McMaster, a 25-year-old Labourer of Belmont with Criminal Assault.
According to Police, investigations revealed that on October 8, 2018 at 12:00pm at Harmony Hall, McMaster allegedly assaulted a 58-year-old Fisherman by beating him about his body with a cutlass.
The accused is expected to appear before the Magistrates Court to answer the charge.
