Kai-le Henry, a grade five student of the Clare Valley Government School, emerged winner of the annual WEFM Spelling Bee competition.

The competition was held among grade five students, at the school, on Monday May 15th, 2017, as part the school’s Literacy Week.

Kai-le out-spelled four other competitors to claim this year’s title, with ninety points.
In second position was She-anna Samuel with 85 points and third was Daniel Joseph with 70 points.

The other competitors were Kyshanti Stapleton and Asa Shallow.
The annual reading competition will be held on May 16th, 2017 at the school, from 1:00pm. WEFM is also the sponsor of the reading competition.
