Jose Mourinho has been sacked as Chelsea manager with the reigning champions 16th in the Premier League.
Chelsea has lost nine of their 16 league games so far this season.
Defeat to Leicester on Monday left Chelsea just one point above the relegation zone, and although they reached the knockout stages of the Champions League, owner Roman Abramovich has seen fit to remove Mourinho from his position as manager.
Pep Guardiola, Guus Hiddink, Brendan Rodgers and Juande Ramos have all been touted as possible successors.
