The Ministry of Health through the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is expected to launch a patient’s charter, in order to protect the rights of patients in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
This is according to Prime Minister the Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves who was at the time delivering the feature address, during the opening of the Buccament Bay Poly-Clinic.
Dr. Gonsalves said the patient’s Charter will address the rights of individuals – to access comprehensive healthcare of the highest quality.
The Prime Minister also reiterated a call to persons here, to live healthy lifestyles.
