Telecommunications provider, FLOW, has announced that it has increased the broadband speeds offered to its customers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

These upgrades are being delivered at no additional cost to customers and are an integral part of the ongoing network development project being undertaken by FLOW.

Addressing reporters at a press conference this morning, FLOW’s Country Manager, Mr. Wayne Hull, said that customers who subscribe to FLOW’s high speed HFC broadband services using its Turbo 2 Megabits per second (mbps) product will now receive Turbo 5 mbps, an increase of the minimum entry plan speed by 150%.

Mr. Hull said customers who subscribe to Turbo 12 mbps product will be upgraded to Turbo 15 mbps. This upgrade will impact in excess of 80% of households in St. Vincent and the Grenadines who subscribe to FLOW internet services.

According to the Country Manager, these upgrades took effect as of Tuesday November 13, 2018.

Customers who would like to move their ADSL service to the HFC high speed internet network can do so easily at any FLOW retail store or speak directly to a sales agent with photo identification by asking to be “migrated” onto the HFC network.
