Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves who has responsibility for Aviation has announced that Cuba and St. Vincent and the Grenadines are about to sign an air services agreement.
He made mention of this on Monday July 23, 2018 at a media conference at Cabinet Room.
Dr. Gonsalves, who held meetings from July 12-15, 2018 with Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel, said that they reviewed bilateral relations and other important matters.
Prime Minister Gonsalves said he is very much concerned about the need for more and better air and sea transportation, hence, during his discussions with the Cuban President, the issue was raised regarding several countries working together with the private sector to address this matter.
