Cuba’s Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez started his official three-day visit to China Tuesday at the invitation of his host counterpart, Wang Yi.

During Rodriguez’s visit, both high-level officials will discuss “the progress of bilateral relations and matters of common interest.

The Cuban Minister is just coming off a three-day visit to Moscow where he, along with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov rejected “unilateral coercive measures” by the United States administration against Russia, Venezuela and Cuba.

Namely, the two talked about the recent application of Titles 3 and 4 of the U.S. Helms-Burton Act by President Donald Trump and his cabinet, a move that violates international law.
