This year’s ‘CIBC Walk for the Cure’ event in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is set to take place this Saturday October 3rd.
The Annual Walk for the Cure initiative hosted by CIBC FirstCaribbean is dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research, health education and advocacy programmes.
Funds raised will be donated to the Cancer Society.
The walk is also held to coincide with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation’s CIBC Run for the Cure sponsored by the bank’s parent company, CIBC.
Plans for this year’s event will be outlined at a media launch scheduled to take place at 4:15 pm at CIBC Halifax Branch.
