The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) says it is saddened at the passing of Mr. Glenford Prescott who for many years was an Adjudicator of the Masquerade art form.
A statement from the CDC said that Mr. Prescott, who is noted for his firmness and responsible attitude, was highly regarded by colleagues and earned the respect of Costume Bandleaders for his forthright and honest approach towards interpretation of the judging criteria.
The Carnival Bands Association (CBA) joins the CDC in extending condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Prescott whose services to this cultural component is remembered with appreciation.
