In light of the current shortage of brown sugar in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Agricultural Input Warehouse Limited wishes to advise the general public that the Guyana Sugar Corporation has advised that a shipment of brown sugar is expected to arrive in St. Vincent on or about November 28, 2018.
Earlier this month, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves had said that this shortage of brown sugar comes due to a delay in shipment from Guyana.
The Agricultural Input Warehouse regrets the inconvenience this delay may have caused and is prepared to make the sugar available as soon as the shipment arrives.
