Two more men have been arrested in Belgium in connection with the November 13th Paris terror attacks that killed 130 people.

According to BBC News, Belgian prosecutors said a 20-year-old Frenchman, listed as Samir Z, had been stopped at an airport, in Brussels, while preparing to board a flight to Morocco in the early hours of Sunday.

The other man, a Belgian nation listed as Pierre N and born in 1987 was detained at dawn on Sunday in his home in Brussels’ Molenbeek area.

Both were placed in custody “on grounds of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization”. They have appeared before a court, which has extended their detention.

This brings the number of people detained in Belgium to eight.
