Consultations are to begin in Antigua to change that country’s constitution to make the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) the country’s final appellate court.
According to CMC News, a memorandum of understanding MOU, has been signed between Prime Minister Gaston Brown and Opposition Leader Harold Lovell.
The MOU signing came following a recent meeting with CCJ president, Charles Michael Dennis Byron.
