The University of the West Indies (UWI) Open Campus in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of (China) on Taiwan will be hosting an Information Sharing Session on the 2016 Taiwan Scholarship Programme.
This will take place this Thursday February 11th at the UWI Open Campus Lecture Hall from 5:00 pm.
Ambassador of the Republic of (China) on Taiwan to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, His Excellency Baushaun Ger, will deliver the main presentation on the Taiwan Scholarship Programme.
This will be preceded by a short video presentation on the history and culture of Taiwan. Graduates of Universities in Taiwan would also share their experiences with prospective students.
The event is part of the Open Campus’ overall mandate to engage and deepen relationships with institutions and organizations providing opportunities for students to access Higher Education.
