A four-year technical project agreement, aimed at Strengthening Farmers’ organizations and Improving Fruit and Vegetable Production Technology in St Vincent and the Grenadines was signed at a ceremony held on Friday august 7th, to mark the Technical Co-operation between the Republic of China on Taiwan and the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Addressing the ceremony, Minister Caesar said potential markets exist in the region, for large volumes of agricultural produce from St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The four-year project is valued at three million US-dollars.

Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar has been speaking of the tremendous potential which exists for the marketing of Vincentian agricultural produce in the region.
