Police have arrested and charged Fitzroy Baptiste, a 49-year-old Supervisor of Argyle for Indecently Assaulting and having Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a 12-year-old student.
According to investigations, between January 1 and 31, 2018, Baptiste allegedly indecently assaulted the 12-year-old student and between September 1, 2018 and November 2, 2018 had Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with the student.
The alleged incidents occurred at Argyle.
Baptiste is expected to appear before the Family Court to answer the charge.
