Police have arrested and charged Carlton Williams, a 33-year-old Porter of Ottley Hall for possession of an illegal firearm and ammunition.
According to investigations, on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at 11:55am at Ottley Hall, Williams was met in his possession with one round of .25 ammunition; one.25 Semi-Automatic Pistol serial number unknown; and one Mausa Semi-Automatic 9 millimeter Pistol serial number P-B 722, all without a license issued under the firearm act.
Williams was expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court on yesterday to answer the charges.
