Police arrested and charged Raheem Dasilva, an 18 year old unemployed of Lodge Village for Robbery.
According to reports, Dasilva being armed with a gun struck Phillip Alexander, a 56 year old Businessman of Frenches in the abdomen with the gun and robbed him of EC $2,000 in cash.
The Offence occurred at Lodge Village on April19, 2018 at 9:45pm.
Raheem Dasilva appeared before the Serious Offences Court on Monday April 23, 2018 and was offered bail in the sum of EC $6, 000 with one surety. The matter is adjourned to July 24, 2018 for trial.
Meanwhile, Police arrested and charged Orande Telemaque, a 29 year old Labourer of Gunn Hill for Robbery.
According to investigations, Telemaque being armed with a gun robbed Quincy Boyd, a 24 year old unemployed of Rillan Hill of one black Blu V8 cellular phone valued 500 Canadian dollars and other items valued EC $305.
Telemaque appeared before the Serious Offences Court on April 23, 2018 and was offered bail in the sum of EC $6, 000 with one surety. The matter is adjourned to July 24, 2018 for trial.
